We have just completed filming for Rachel's Coastal Cooking at Christmas. What a lovely show it promises to be - with geese from Skeaghanore Duck, chocolate from Clonakilty Chocolate, and gin from Justin at Ballyvolane. All filmed at the lovely Liss Ard Estate - with cooking sequences shot in the Lake Lodge.  Roast goose, chocolate and pear tart and hedgerow cocktails... Christmas is definitely on its way at LSPTV!
